New Product Development
The process starts with a meeting in person or zoom after signing a non-disclosure agreement that
protects your confidential idea or formulation. From there we continue to a formulation and costing.
During this phase we engage our industry experts to ensure your formulation is compliant with the
relevant regulations and industry experts. We also ensure that your product can be manufactured in
a cost-effective high-quality way.
From inception to completion
We assist clients from inception to completion, offering comprehensive development, branding, and design services. Our manufacturing capabilities include: state-of-the-art technology and expert craftsmanship to ensure the highest quality products.

What We Offer
At Bleu Lab, we specialise in providing comprehensive support throughout the product development process, from initial research to final production. Our team works closely with clients to ensure each step is handled with precision and care, whether you’re developing a new formula or scaling up an existing one. Client information & NDA
Confirm and approve the initial cost estimates.
Preliminary cost approval

Test batch initiation
If approved, we begin a trial production run (fees apply) to ensure specifications meet the required standards on encapsulation machinery. Once the test batch is validated, the agreed-upon batch size is confirmed, and a formal quote for the first production run is provided.
Label content assistance
We offer guidance with basic label information, but final labelling and package insert/leaflet (PIL/PI) must be completed by the client with the help of a regulatory expert.
Production phase
After procuring all necessary raw materials, packaging, and labels, production begins with a 4-week lead time. A 50% deposit is required at this stage.
Final payment & order collection
Full payment must be completed before the order can be collected.
